Responsibilities

Client Relationship & StakeholderManagement

·        Buildstrong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their businessgoals and challenges

·        Ensureeffective communication and alignment between client stakeholders and projectteams

·        Supportthe preparation of project proposals, scoping, and planning to meet clientexpectations

·        Collaboratewith sales and pre-sales teams by providing project management expertise andinsights

Project Planning & Execution

·        Driveend-to-end project delivery - from initiation and planning through executionand closure

·        Manageproject capacity planning and resource coordination across multiple teams

·        Developproject plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and qualityexpectations

·        Overseethe project backlog, run effective project meetings, and keep stakeholdersupdated with clear status reports

·        Ensureprojects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizationalstandards

·        Manageproject financials, including cost monitoring and preparing invoice inputsbased on timesheets.

·        Proactivelyidentify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues before they escalate

Process & Continuous Improvement

·        Contributeto refining project management practices, tools, and methodologies

·        Fostera culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within projectsand across the company

What we’re looking for

·        Strong interpersonal skills andconfidence in navigating both business and tech conversations

·        Strategic mindset - you can zoom out,connect the dots, and see the bigger picture

·        Experience with project managementtools such as Azure DevOps, Jira

·        Track record in delivering Data &Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing or BI projects

·        3+ years of experience working withclients to understand business needs and shape data solutions

·        Solid understanding of projectdelivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)

·        Hands-on knowledge of dataengineering principles and data platform architecture

·        Familiarity with a wide range of Data& Analytics tools and techniques (e.g. Python, LLMs, predictive analytics,ML, data modelling)

·        Experience working with at least onemajor cloud provider (Azure or GCP)

·        Understanding of data visualizationpractices and data-related security topics

·        Ability to manage multiple projectsat once and stay calm when things heat up

·        Clear and confident communication,both written and spoken (English B2+)
